For newsletter editors and layout people

These pages should load quickly and show well in most browsers and be easily saved to file for future use as well.  The ads and information sheet on this site are provided in both PDF, which should always show the pages exactly the way they were designed, and HTML, a WWW browser markup format which is universal, but may, or may not, show them properly.  The PDF format is the preferred format.  HTML is provided solely as an alternative for those without A PDF reader.

Simply selecting 'Print' from the browser 'Edit' menu should provide a good copy with good layout, however, browsers may vary in how they are set up, so here are some hints:

• Use Edit | Print Preview to get an idea how the page will look.  When printing, use the the print setup to shrink the page, if necessary and to adjust margins to about 1mm (1/6") and eliminate headers and footers, to prevent overflow onto a second page.  (Note: If you decide to eliminate the header and footer to gain more real-estate on your printout page, it's a good write the symbols down so you can restore them later).  Consider using a larger paper or a landscape layout to optimize your printing.  Legal size (8.5" x 14") is best for the information sheet, but it can also be shrunk to letter size.

• Check the 'text size' or 'font size', usually located under the 'View' menu if attempting to print HTML views.  If your browser has the font set to a large size, pages will overflow.

• If the pictures do not print well, the photo originals are available as JPEGs from the Ads menu
